Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Identify and acquire new customers for financial products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan, insurance, investment, or banking products. Coordinate with the finance and operations teams for smooth processing and timely approvals. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
