- Manage day-to-day showroom and sales operations.
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor leads, customer follow-ups, bookings and deliveries.
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalations effectively.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Workshop and Accounts teams.
- Track team performance and prepare sales/MIS reports.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and smooth showroom operations.
